Ambassador Imam expressed his appreciation for the efforts of NACCIMA’s National President in fostering trade development, despite his relatively short time in office. He outlined several objectives he hoped to achieve with NACCIMA’s assistance under the leadership of Dele Kelvin Esq. These included:

  1. Enhancing the visibility and prominence of the Developing-8 Association within the global trade community.
  2. Seeking NACCIMA’s support in:
    • Realizing the D-8 Energy Forum in Nigeria.
    • Facilitating a meeting between NACCIMA and the D-8 Ambassadors.
    • Backing the establishment of a D-8 Center for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
  3. Mobilizing Nigeria’s private sectors to leverage the D-8 for their benefit.

In response, NACCIMA’s National President warmly welcomed their visit. He highlighted the untapped potential within the Nigerian Creativity Industry and pledged NACCIMA’s commitment to help achieve the goals set forth by the D-8 Secretary-General.
