The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) is seeking to employ the services of a Website & Digital Strategy Manager
Role Overview
As the Website & Digital Strategy Manager, you will serve as the primary architect of our digital presence. In 2026, a Chamber’s website is more than just an information portal; it is a vital economic engine. You will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and evolving our web platforms to drive member engagement, support local advocacy, and showcase our community as a premier destination for business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Management & Technical Oversight
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Chamber’s primary website and associated microsites.
Ensure seamless integration with our Membership Management System for member directories and event registrations.
Monitor site performance, uptime, and security; manage relationships with hosting providers and external technical vendors.
Ensure the site remains compliant with current data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2).
2. Content Strategy & Experience (UX)
Design and implement a content calendar that highlights member success stories, policy wins, and community economic data.
Build high-converting landing pages for signature events, sponsorship opportunities, and member recruitment campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to improve the User Experience (UX), reducing friction for members looking to renew dues or register for programs.
3. Search & Performance Marketing
Execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to ensure the Chamber ranks for local business searches and community inquiries.
Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking and provide monthly reports on traffic, conversion goals, and user behavior.
Oversee digital advertising assets on the site, ensuring maximum visibility for Chamber sponsors.
4. Integrated Communications
Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to ensure web content aligns with social media, email newsletters, and press releases.
Support the production of digital multimedia content, including the integration of video highlights and podcasts.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in web management, digital marketing, or a related field. Experience with non-profits or business associations is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in WordPress (or similar CMS), HTML/CSS, and Google Analytics 4. Familiarity with CRM/Membership software integration.
Communication: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and brand consistency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects, from small updates to full-scale site redesigns, while meeting strict deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva for light graphic design.
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp).
Understanding of local economic development and the unique needs of a business-to-business (B2B) community.
