The Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) hosted the German delegation led by the KVP Project Director, Dr Kirsten Albrecht. They were received by the leadership of NACCIMA lead Engr. (Dr.) Jani Ibrahim, mni, OON, National President of NACCIMA. In her remarks, Dr Kirsten Albrecht, expressed her appreciation for the support and partnership that have sustained the collaboration. She congratulated the NACCIMA leadership for the successful completion of the first phase of the project and acknowledged the progress made so far. She also mentioned that the second phase of the project is designed to build on the achievements recorded during the initial phase.
In his welcome remarks , Engr (Dr.) Jani Ibrahim, mni, OON on behalf of the Association expressed his appreciation to the German delegation for the trust and confidence they have in the Association. He said that signing of the MOU is the beginning of a new chapter in the Association. He stated that the significance of the MOU signing ceremony is to build on what the both parties had started together. He urged the stakeholders to approach this next phase with dedication to achieve necessary objectives.
The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between NACCIMA and KVP marked a significant milestone and the beginning of a new phase of partnership. The agreement is expected to foster stronger collaboration, capacity development and knowledge exchange among participating institutions.
The collaboration is expected to yield positive outcomes for member chambers and contribute meaningfully to private sector growth and broader development of the Nigerian economy.
