The National President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA) and Chairman of the Organized Private Sector of Nigeria (OPSN), Engr. Jani Ibrahim, mni, OON, today led a delegation on a courtesy and working visit to the Comptroller-General of Customs, Bashir Adewale Adeniyi, MFR, at the Nigeria Customs Service Headquarters, Abuja. The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between the private sector and the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) to enhance trade facilitation, cross-border trade, customs formalities, and automation of services to ease business operations.
The leadership of NACCIMA/OPSN and the NCS commended each other’s collaborative spirit, noting that this marks the beginning of a new era of strategic partnership for Nigeria’s trade facilitation ecosystem.
