Chief Emeka Obegolu, SAN, President of the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), along with Mr Agabaidu Jideani, Director General, conferred the National Policy Fellow (npf) certificate upon Otunba Dele Kelvin Oye, Esq., the National President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA).
