Today, however, I am moved by a more personal gesture—the warm and thoughtful birthday wishes I received from so many of you.

Birthdays are a special time for reflection and celebration, and your kind messages have added immensely to the joy of this occasion. It is a profound reminder of the strength of our community and the bonds that we share, not just as colleagues but as a family united in purpose and mutual respect.
