Dele Kelvin Oye Esq. is the Founder and Principal Partner of Dele Oye & Associates and one of the founding Partners of Consolidated Legal Practice; a consortium of Law Firms, He is a skilled litigator and trial Attorney with extensive experience in many facets of litigation in a variety of forums, including all the levels of Superior Courts in Nigeria, where he has represented a wide variety of clients. His areas of strength and experience include general Criminal and Civil Litigation; Securities Litigation; Business Succession Planning; Employment Law Counseling and Litigation; Commercial Litigation; Mergers and Acquisitions; And General Corporate Transactions.

As an astute entrepreneur, he has also utilized his unique skill set to cement a durable legacy in the world of commerce and business. He is the Chairman of MST Properties West Africa Ltd a Real Estate Development & Holdings company in Nigeria with business interests in South Africa and Dubai as well as the Chairman of MST West Africa Ltd a company in the business of developing and promoting green energy in the Power Sector in Nigeria. He serves as Executive Director in several companies/firms including Clement Clariben Nigeria Limited, a company into general contracts with over 10 years’ experience. Dele Kelvin Oye Esq. successfully harmonizes his far-reaching responsibilities as a Legal Practitioner with other institutional and executive responsibilities at various organizations and institutions both in the legal profession and in the organized private sector.

Before his call to bar in 1989, Mr. Oye attended the Nigerian Law School between 1988-1989 and obtained an LL.B. Degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 1988. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in the United Kingdom, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), Nigeria, a Governing Council Member of the International Institute for Petroleum, Energy Law and Policy (IIPELP) and a Governing Council Member of the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON). He was appointed by the Chief Justice of Nigeria as a Notary Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2004 and he was a member of the Body of Benchers from 2016-2019; the most distinguished body in the Legal Profession in Nigeria.

Dele Kelvin Oye Esq. stands out as a premier advocate for the business community through his activities in the chamber movement in Nigeria, with a personal mission to contribute his voice and his endeavors to the advancement of an economic climate that supports optimum productivity and profitability in the Organized Private Sector in Nigeria. From 2010 -2019, he has served as a National Vice President of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (NACCIMA). He has held several positions of responsibility in the erstwhile Abuja Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ABUCCIMA) now Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) including the position of President between 2008 -2011 when the chamber movement in the Federal Capital Territory made several giant strides under his leadership.
